It's incredible to see that an organization in which so much effort was put is well received by people. I have been serving as a Secretary-General for two years and TEDIMUN is genuinely the apple of my eye. I'd also like to express my gratitude to all of our participants. Although the preparatory process was highly demanding and intense, it was also very rewarding. I've never worked so hard for something and had so much pleasure doing it. I adore each and every one of my executive team members; the executive team of TEDIMUN is the most unique and dedicated group I have ever been a part of. I appreciate all of the security, press, admins also. I hope that how valuable TEDIMUN is to me and to all of us reflected onto our participants, and if we have succeeded in doing so, that means we have achieved our goal.
DAÄžLAR ÇAYAN TOPALOÄžLU- Head Of Admins And Head Of Finance and Transportation
Although the conference was extremely challenging, I am grateful to our admins for their constant support and assistance. I realized that the TEDIMUN’24 crew is capable of resolving any issue that arises. We had a well-organized planning procedure, we did not encounter anything unexpected with Rümeysa, my co-head of admins, and we had no trouble achieving the goals we set. To be honest, I thought it would be harder working with the admins, but then I realized that dealing with the finance department was more challenging after all. The executive team deemed me worthy of these being responsible of these duties, and I tried to fullfill them as best as I could. I feel honored that I've worked and been a part of this team. One for all, all for TEDIMUN!!
BURCU BÄ°RLER - Secretary-General
The conference is going very well in my opinion, both socially and academically. It is nice to see that people can establish new relationships and interact both at social events and during coffee breaks. Compared to last year, the number of committees, delegates and executives increased which is very rewarding. TEDIMUN is going far more smoothly than I had anticipated. To be honest, it was quite exhausting but also pleasing to see all of our efforts were worthwhile. Even though I didn't sleep at night and ran around all day, I got the chance to spend great time with the people I love and value so much in my life. Working with the executive team was the best experience of my life. I've known the Secretariat since middle school, and working with them was a wonderful experience. I couldn't have done this without them. It is a great honor to a part of the TEDIMUN family.
MELÄ°SA ÇEVÄ°KEL - PGA
These three days were the most fun I had despite its ups and downs. Even though it was exhausting, the whole process and experience were a lot of fun. It is incredible to work with them for a common goal, to learn new things and to have a pleasant time. Since I am graduating from high school this year, this is my last opportunity and it is great to spend it with my friends whom I cherish greatly. Everything went quite well, we finished everything on time, and we weren't faced with any organizational issues at all. Working with the executive team was wonderful. Everyone did a great job in fullfilling their role. I thank everyone for their contributions.

So far the conference is going very well for all of us. There were bumps along the way, as I had anticipated, but with an amazing executive staff like this, we can get through anything. There is a 12-month period behind the scenes in these conferences and it was a long process for all of us but we accomplished everything as we wished. I've been a member of the TEDIMUN executive team for two years now and it has been a lovely experience for me. I sincerely appreciate your support, and I hope to see you all again the next year.
ZEYNEP GÖZÜBÜYÜK - Head Of Media
It's very busy, I never have time to sit down but I like being busy so it has been very enjoyable. Most importantly since I’m going to study media in university it has been a great opportunity for me. We scheduled numerous meetings with our press and media team to discuss our schedule prior to the conference. The past month in particular was really stressful. The executive team have always been incredibly supportive and helpful, especially our secretariat generals Burcu and Simay, they are life savers.
SELÄ°M BÄ°RLER- PSA
As you can probably imagine the conference is tiring, but everything is moving forward just as we had hoped and on schedule. Although it was extremely wonderful, the preparation process was very stressful. Over the past week, we worked very hard and finished everything step-by-step. It was very rewarding to work with the executive team just like last year and to have a prestigious position. The crisis team performed excellently, and I was extremely proud of the approval panel team for their performance and preparation.
